As the sun sets on summer, we stand on the brink of a powerful transformation—a time to reset, refresh, and realign with our deepest desires. The season's energy may shift but now is the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and prepare to live beyond your wildest dreams. Why not you?

Colors are Bold; Energy is Easy

This transition into fall invites us to embrace bold colors—vibrant oranges, deep purples, rich reds—hues that reflect the intensity of our intentions. The energy is not just bold, it's also easy, flowing like the breeze that cools the warm summer air, reminding us that we can achieve greatness without straining. The key is awareness and stillness, knowing when to push forward and when to take a step back.

Pose of the Month: Extended Child's Pose for Stillness and Awareness

To ground ourselves in this season of change, I encourage you to practice the Extended Child's Pose. This pose is not just about physical stillness but also about creating mental space for clarity. As you fold forward, let your body melt into the earth, releasing tension and deepening your breath. The season of fall is the ultimate moment to tune into your inner wisdom and listen to the whispers of your soul that the noise of daily life can drown out.

How to perform Extended Child's Pose

  • Sit on your heels. Bring your feet together and knees hip-width apart.
  • Bend forward with an exhale and rest your torso between your thighs. Relax your tailbone toward your feet.
  • Reach your arms far forward. ...
  • Hold the pose and take slow, deep breaths.
  • Rise with an inhale.

Awaken Your Senses with Peppermint Oil

To complement this practice, I recommend using peppermint essential oil. This invigorating scent will awaken your five senses, bringing a fresh perspective to your practice and day. Rub a drop between your palms, inhale deeply, and let the crisp aroma energize your mind and body. Peppermint is a powerful ally in sharpening focus and bringing a sense of alertness to your intentions.
