Hello Beautiful Souls,

Today, I am feeding you only goodness—the type that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.

Because let’s be honest: life can be life-ing.  But that’s not our concern today. What matters is that our minds are ready.  Remember this truth: what you feed your mind is what you attract.  If you’re consuming fear, gossip, or nonstop breaking news, you’ll find yourself spiraling—precisely what the media thrives on.

Instead, let’s shift the menu of the mind.

  1. Here are five practices that can help you feed your spirit with goodness and contribute to your personal growth and wellness.  These practices are not just routines; they are tools that can transform your day and your life. Morning Meditation – Start the day in stillness, even if just for five minutes. Breathe in peace, exhale stress.  Words of Affirmation – Choose uplifting words that align with your vision. (Author Bridget Romeo joins us this week with her book Did You Think About That?)

  2. Movement & Plank Power – Move your body with intention. Today marks Day 50 of our Soulful Sunrise Plank/Movement Challenge!

  3. Selective Media Diet – Limit toxic content. Instead, read something inspiring or listen to a podcast that fuels you.

  4. Connection – Reach out to someone who lifts your spirit. Energy is contagious; share the good kind.

Countdown to Labor Day – Can you believe it? Summer is slipping away. Where did it go? Let’s soak up these last sweet days with gratitude.
