Soulful Community: Let's Break some Patterns

Happy Sunday, Soulful Community!
This week's inspiration comes from Bevy Smith, as seen on Harlem on Prime Video. She said something that truly resonated with me: "We are out here breaking patterns."
Let that sink in. Breaking patterns—generational, personal, or societal—is the theme for 2025. It's about stepping boldly into the life you deserve, leaving behind what no longer serves you. So, here's the big question:

It could be as simple as prioritizing healthier meals, spending more time outside, being still in meditation, div
ing into a good book, or just savoring the everyday joy of life. Whatever it is, this is your moment to shine and shake things up!
Real talk: On December 23, 2024, I uninstalled Twitter/X. Why? Because it had become a constant source of negativity, triggering fake news and zapping my energy. That decision was my pattern break. And guess what? It was the most freeing moment—I ushered in space for something yummy.
When we intentionally break a pattern, it creates room for new energy: LIFE. JOY. FUN. 🎉 Imagine the possibilities that open up when you break free from the old and embrace the new. It's a journey filled with hope and optimism.
Take this final week of January to focus on a tiny (or significant!) change you've been putting off. Be intentional. Clear your mind of clutter and make room for all the good things waiting for you.
