Hello Beautiful!

Get ready to join me for Soulful Yoga with Karen at the beautiful Dell Music Center on Sunday, June 29, at 4 p.m.—it's FREE!

We'll open with a rejuvenating yoga flow led by yours truly, then settle in for an afternoon brimming with soulful music, family fun, and good vibes.

Bring your mat (and your family, too!), get comfy on a blanket or towel, and soak in the communal energy. After our yoga session, stick around for line dancing with Kenny "Kenny J" Johnson, live performances by Kindred the Family Soul, Musiq Soulchild, Philly Freeway, and DJ Aktive, plus a roller‑skating rink, Double Dutch with Philly Girls Jump, local food vendors, giveaways—and to top it all off, a dazzling fireworks show at the end.

Let's pack the event with love, light, and mindful movement.
