
Spring is the season of renewal, release, and gentle awakening—and this 60-minute Healing Yoga Session Flow is designed to help you do exactly that.
Join Karen Taylor Bass, 500 AYT (Advanced Yoga Teacher), for a soft, intentional stretch experience created to help women 40+ usher in the new season with ease, grace, and healing. This sacred session blends mindful yoga movement with the restorative practice of Yoga Tapping (Body Tapping)—a meridian-based detox technique that supports the body in releasing stagnant energy, improving circulation, and stimulating the lymphatic system.
Together, we will move through nourishing stretches that can be done either from a chair or on a mat, making this experience accessible for everyone and every level.
A special focus of the evening will be the 8 detox “nests”—the elbows, armpits, groin, knees, throat, heart, belly, and sides. Through intentional tapping (approximately 36 taps per area), we will encourage the body to gently support toxin release, energetic clearing, and deep restoration.
This is more than a yoga class—it is a safe, sacred space for women 40-plus to pause, breathe, release, and reconnect with themselves in community.
