We will come together each Thursday at 7 PM on April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 for a meaningful fitness experience rooted in consistency, care, and community.
Each 55-minute session is thoughtfully designed to support your journey:
45 minutes of guided strength, toning, and fat-loss training
10 minutes dedicated to mobility, stretching, and recovery
Each week builds progressively, allowing you to grow stronger, improve endurance, and see real results—at your own pace and in a way that honors your body.
